You only need the hiring company’s email address to apply. Once you enter their email address in our system, a job application email will automatically be sent to the hiring company with the attachments associated with your account. The hiring company will see your email as the sender and when they reply, the response goes directly to your inbox. Hence, the Invisible Brand. No need to compose/write an email, or attach documents manually, our system manages it all on your behalf and the best part is that the attachments are merged (single file). Your job is to focus on collecting the email addresses of hiring companies and just apply.
We are excited to introduce the Sponsored Static Plan, designed to revolutionize how you manage and organize your Job attachments in an email. With this plan, you gain dynamic control over your attachments, offering you the flexibility to interact with up to 12 uploads, giving you the capability to tailor your submission to your exact needs. Our system allows you to conveniently rearrange the files to suit your preferred order and seamlessly merges these files into a single document. Our service organizes 12 files into two distinct categories, enhancing your job application process with efficiency and customization.
The first category consists of 7 files permanently linked to your account, such as your CV, cover letter, and proof of address. These essential documents, required for virtually every job application, need to be uploaded once into the Job Application System (JAS) and can be reused across multiple submissions. You have the flexibility to include or exclude these files from your final merged document for each submission, allowing you to tailor your application to specific job requirements.
The second category accommodates 5 additional files tailored to the unique demands of the hiring company. This might include specific requests like transcripts, work portfolios, and other company-specific documents. These attachments are uploaded on a per-application basis, ensuring you meet the precise criteria set out by potential employers.
